Human Resources Business Partner Plano (TX), Exeter (NH), Hillsboro (NH) - ams-OSRAM USA Inc. What we expect
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to understand business goals and develop HR strategies to support them.
  • Policy Development: Analyze and revise HR policies to ensure they align with business needs and comply with legal requirements.
  • Employee Relations: Foster strong relationships between employees and management, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Talent Management: Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure the right talent is brought into the organization.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure employees meet business objectives.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • HR Metrics: Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Additional Duties

  • Organizing and leading meetings with HR and executive team members.
  • Staying updated on HR trends and best practices.
  • Brief HR recruiters about staffing needs and provide feedback on hiring processes.
  • May travel a couple times a year within the US as needed.

  • Proficient in Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to establish Deadlines and Monitor the Progress of the Project.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate when appropriate.
  • Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.
  • Sound Presentation skills - Ability to design and deliver presentation to groups in person and over video.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • SHRM certification is preferred but not required.
  • 7 years of progressive experience in HR.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
  • HR and HRIS Experience preferred.
