CI Technician

We are currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Technician (1st Shift) at our Plainville, CT Facility.

• Responsible for supporting strategic goals to improve manufacturing processes and methods for cost-reduction, quality improvement and efficiency.
• Design & assemble right-sized shop solutions using a combination of Creform and mechanical components
• Create mistake-proof solutions that help resolve quality and safety concerns throughout the shop
• Manufacture &Assemble product per work order instructions to support flow lines when needed
• Participate in Kaizen workshops
• You'll get your hands dirty
