M9 Solutions is seeking aProject Technical Lead to work on-site on a government contract for a client located in San Antonio, TX, St. Louis, MO, or Arlington, VA. Candidates must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. Responsibilities Lead a team of approximately 15 developers and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform resources, serving as a subject matter expert in AEM. Oversee the design, build, and configuration of applications to meet business process and application requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize services and backend systems using AEM and Java Enterprise Edition. Develop and configure applications in compliance with coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot and debug applications, resolving technical issues promptly. Provide SME expertise for developers, including level of effort analysis for new IRS application integrations and use cases. Manage delivery schedules, risks, and issues while escalating when necessary. Required Skills and Qualifications Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) with at least three consecutive years of U.S. residency. Candidates must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance Expertise in AEM 6.5 and Adobe Experience Manager. Strong project management skills, including managing schedules, risks, and issues. Experience with client development using HTML5 and JavaScript front-end frameworks. Proficiency in coding with Java Enterprise Edition. Solid understanding of coding standards and best practices. Preferred Skills and Qualifications Experience with AEM Forms OSGI. Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Adobe Analytics, and Acrobat Sign.
