Overview: The Fluid Management Clinic RN - Lead is a high functioning nurse with proven leadership and clinical experience in providing specialized nursing care, including the assessment of complex patients, planning, and implementing nursing interventions, and evaluating outcomes. This role maintains professional accountability for oversight and provision of patient care within the specialty clinic, evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers and coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other disciplines. Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Experience: 2 years of clinical experience. Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements. Certifications: IV Access Certification if required by state or ability to obtain within first 30 days of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
