POSITION/JOB TITLE: Tax Manager DEPARTMENT: Tax Department LOCATION: Lisle, IL DIRECT SUPERVISOR: Director, Tax TRAVEL: Less than 10% POSITION SUMMARY: The Tax Manager is primarily responsible for supporting the Tax Accounting and Financial Accounting & Reporting function by assisting the Director, Tax with managing the preparation of domestic state & local income tax compliance, federal, state, & local tax audits, franchise tax compliance, account reconciliations, extension requests and estimated payments. The Tax Manager will also be asked to identify and implement state and federal tax planning opportunities that will reduce the overall effective and cash tax rates. The Tax Manager will be the preparer of the quarterly tax provision (FAS 109 & FIN48) and assist with special tax projects related to research & development tax credits and other economic credit development incentives. Base pay $75,389 - $150,778 based on experience.
