Job Description

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting Maintenance Dispatcher opportunity. The Maintenance Dispatcher will receive and coordinate all daily work order activity and schedules with maintenance techs, Supervisors, and farm personnel.

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Receive and dispatch all work orders to field personnel.
  • Coordinate and receive work orders in such a manner that meets both priority and Biosecurity needs of the farm to personnel.
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback/communication on work orders and information to management on a routine basis.
  • Enter all daily work orders, work logs and purchase orders.
  • Organize and file all daily data entry paperwork by site and/or field personnel and generate assigned daily and/or weekly reports.
  • Generate daily/weekly reports and distribute.
  • Receive Invoices.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:



  • Thorough knowledge of business English, spelling, and punctuation.


Preferred:



  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One to three years previous accounting, clerical, and/or administrative experience.


  • Ability to meet and deal effectively with clients, associates and the general public.
