(GIS) Research Assistant (Machado)

A temporary Research Assistant is needed and the primary responsiblities involve utilizing GIS software for digitizing tasks, and efficiently managing and analyzing data in diverse formats. A strong background and expertise in working with GIS software (e.g., QGIS), or other industry-standard tools is needed.

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience and eduction/course work.

- Experience primarily using Windows operating systems
-Knowledge of basic GIS principles and experiences with ArcGIS or QGIS

- Familiarity with food animal production, knowledge of spatiality data, and a strong understanding of apatial analysis.
