Sales Support

This position is responsible for selling to electrical and industrial customers. This position will also act as a sales support representative for the sales team.

• Preparation of repair quotations and entering orders per customer specifications.
• Creates jobs for repair orders.
• Generates retirement letters for customers units.
• Enters disposal loads.
• Tracks customer's units that are pending approval.
• Enters OCR information into Field Tracker.
• Maintains customer approval sheets - approved vs pending.
• Coordinates approvals with Operations.
• Creates Junk Sheets and assigns reason code.
• Uses Sales Force to track repairs/RMAs.
• Reviews outstanding evaluations needed and coordinates with Operations.
• Reviews load paperwork for accuracy; voltages, kva, etc. based on individual customer profile.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, preferred.
• 1-3 years sales experience in electrical utility industry, preferred.
• Cooperative attitude towards all internal and external customers.
• A dependable and strong work ethic.
• Ability to learn other areas sufficient to fill in where required.
