The Senior Director, Strategic HR Business Partnership (HRBP) will lead a team of HR Business Partners to deliver high-impact HR solutions by aligning Human Resource strategies with business strategies across the organization. This role is responsible for aligning 'people' strategies to business and growth strategies, partnering with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to endure seamless delivery of HR programs and solutions. The incumbent will be able to identify capability gaps in current workforce and set strategy to help address business needs.

As a trusted advisor to business leaders on complex matters, they will effectively influence and lead organizational change initiatives. This incumbent will play a key role in shaping the culture, leadership capabilities and talent readiness in an era of business transformation.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of relevant experience with at least 5 years of management and leadership responsibility required
  • Strong business knowledge with comprehensive understanding of functional areas and organization or deep business acumen and the ability to align HR initiatives
  • Advanced leadership skills with ability to resolve critical issues and contribute to organizational development

  • Has successfully designed and implemented 'people' strategies to ensure that the organization, capabilities, and culture ALL assist in driving business results, organizational performance, and cultural transformation
  • Has a track record of strengthening senior leadership teams by providing coaching and counsel to senior executives to enhance their leadership impact
  • Advanced influencing and coaching skills with a proven ability to navigate and resolve complex issues and provide sound advice
  • Proven success influencing and driving results by matching people expertise, strategic input, and professional insight
  • Demonstrated skills in analyzing data and providing insights to leaders to address workforce challenges and improve organizational performance
  • Demonstrated success in effectively partnering with other members of the HR team to develop and implement new and improved HR programs and processes
  • Experience working effectively in a fast paced, accountable, growth-oriented business environment
  • Has experience leading and managing a team of senior HR Business Partners (or similarly, highly qualified HR subject matter experts)
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Resilient, adaptable leader who thrives in fast-paced, transformational environments
  • Champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring they are integrated into the organizational culture


This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work from the designated office, Minnetonka MN, on average, 2+ times per week.

The full salary range for this position is $147,100 - $252,100. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for incentive plan compensation in addition to base salary.
