As a software engineer specialising in frontend development, you'll be at the forefront of crafting user experiences that define our products and delight our customers.Looking for a JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the product!

What you'll do



  • Contribute to the team's customer impact by building thoughtful, high quality code that is easy to read and maintain.
  • Collaborate with team members through pairing, reviews, etc. to deliver our sprint commitments.
  • Join our on-call rotation and support our services.
  • Identify and eliminate technical debt so that we can deliver faster with less complexity.
  • Write and share proposals to improve team processes and approaches.
  • Always have our customer in mind. Luckily this is pretty easy for us, since our customers are developers just like us.


This role requires



  • Proficiency in React.js and its core principles
  • Strong JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 skills
  • Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux)
  • Understanding of front-end build tools and pipelines
  • Familiarity with RESTful or GraphQL APIs and integration
  • Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Collaborative working style and excellent communication skills
  • High level of emotional intelligence and self awareness
  • A degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field


Bonus points if you have



  • Experience with GraphQL
  • Experience with Node.js
  • Experience setting up healthy reliability practices
  • Experience writing for internal or external blogs

The pay range below represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience.
