What you will be doing...

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to lead our OSS (Operations Systems Support) Network and Security Infrastructure team.

This pivotal role will oversee the team responsible for delivering the critical network and security infrastructure that underpins our managed network and security services.

The OSS Network and Security Infrastructure team supports a vast infrastructure that includes thousands of devices, such as Cisco, Fortinet, and Checkpoint, distributed across thirteen global data centers. This team manages the entire lifecycle of this infrastructure, handling everything from architecture and design to engineering, implementation, and ongoing support. They also ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain critical accreditations, including ISO9l/27k, SOC2, PCI, and Federal certifications. The team balances both project work and incident response, with a 24/7 on-call schedule that includes weekend, off-hour, and holiday coverage.

What we are looking for...

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience

• Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

• A minimum of eight years' experience with Managed Network Services

• Proficiency with Cisco, Fortinet, and Checkpoint routers, switches, and firewalls

• Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, Cloud technologies, and associated architectures

• Knowledge of Managed Network and Managed Security products, services, and architecture

• Proven experience managing both incident tickets and technical projects

• Experience leading highly technical teams

• Ability to obtain and maintain GSA Public Trust and US Federal Top Secret clearance

• Willingness to be available nights and weekends in case of outages and to participate in an on-call manager rotation.

Even better if you have:

• Relevant technical certifications such as Cisco or CompTIA Security+

• Proven ability to collaborate and manage across various groups and stakeholders within and outside of own organization
