We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to lead our OSS (Operations Systems Support) Network and Security Infrastructure team. This pivotal role will oversee the team responsible for delivering the critical network and security infrastructure that underpins our managed network and security services. The OSS Network and Security Infrastructure team supports a vast infrastructure that includes thousands of devices, such as Cisco, Fortinet, and Checkpoint, distributed across thirteen global data centers. This team manages the entire lifecycle of this infrastructure, handling everything from architecture and design to engineering, implementation, and ongoing support. They also ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain critical accreditations, including ISO9l/27k, SOC2, PCI, and Federal certifications. The team balances both project work and incident response, with a 24/7 on-call schedule that includes weekend, off-hour, and holiday coverage. What we are looking for... You'll need to have:

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances. If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $130,000.00 and $242,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. |
