Log-Tech/Pouch Equipment Technician/Operator/Supervisor

Assigned duties - verify processes are being completed, maintain flow of production and the maintenance of equipment maintaining proper working order.

Responsibilities:

• Operation of multi-functional pouch filling, sealing, and transport equipment.
• Correct issues on the line to maintain production goals.
• Evaluate current processes to propose process improvements.
• Troubleshoot equipment as neccessary (monitoring and debugging).
• Solve techinical issues quickly to maintain producation levels in a fast paced work environment.
• Perform maintenance and preventative maintenance as required.

Qulifications:

• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft windows, and the ability to maneuver through multiple levels of and operator interface terminal.
• Proficient in PLC interface based equipment and operation.
• Ability to read machine drawings and electrical schematics.
• Mechanical aptitude to perform both routine PM and mechanical trouble shooting.
