YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting Distribution Center Order Filler opportunity in Hennessey. The Distribution Center Order Filler will process customer orders from floor stock to distribution, maintain accurate product counts, and assist in all aspects of the center's operational needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES




  • Assure satisfactory event flow for the completion of Work Orders promptly for packaging, charge-out, and delivery.
  • Complete accurate and timely paperwork on items shipped and backordered.
  • Move received inventory to appropriate locations and direct back-stock replenishment.
  • Certified to operate all equipment and vehicles safely, including frequent deliveries with a ton pickup and 26-foot cargo trailer.
  • Conduct cycle counts of inventory items.
  • Perform Lab Duties as assigned for the Hennessey area.
  • Receive inventory from vendors and compare items received with vendors' packing lists and enter them into ERP system.
  • Assist in required housekeeping to maintain the distribution center area in neat, orderly, and clean condition.
  • Bring operational needs or requirements to the attention of superiors for review and/or implementation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:



  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • The ability to learn and effectively use a computer for inventory tracking.
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment.
  • Must have experience operating a forklift.
  • Must have an acceptable MVR.


Preferred:



  • 6 months+ warehouse experience.



SCHEDULE - 7 am-5 pm, Mon-Fri

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to move around the facility.


  • The employee must frequently perform heavy lifting up to and including 50 pounds. The employee will experience extended periods of standing and walking. The employee must frequently push/pull pallets stacked with supplies for the farms.


  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts; and in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and vibration.
  • The noise level in the work environment is dependent on which environment you are in
  • The hours and days of work are established by departmental needs and at the discretion of management. After-hours, weekends, and overnight travel as requested.
