K&D specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Our technicians are servicing the Pennsylvania area out of 7 branches in Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, and Scranton. What K&D has to offer: Competitive hourly wage Monthly technician incentives Paid time off & holiday pay Competitive benefit package Health, Dental and Vision Company match 401k Company provided long and short-term disability Company provided life insurance Company truck Overtime pay/Double time for all call outs Company uniforms, cell phone and tablet Company provided training through CFESA and manufactures Responsibilities and Duties: Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues and all other problems on commercial equipment Report all service activities accurately on tablet at the completion of every call Provide excellent customer experience in supporting customers, and partnering with internal team members Ability to work on-call schedule Operate and manage company issued vehicle, tools, and equipment in accordance with company guidelines What we need from you: Must be at least 18 years of age Basic knowledge of electric cycle 1 year or more of commercial appliance or HVAC repair experience preferred Valid Driver's license and clean driving record Physical Demands : Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting and carrying.
