Flint Hills Resources Pine Bend is now hiring an Asset Management Scoping Leader to join the team at the Rosemount, MN refinery! We are seeking a skilled leader with a strong passion for asset management and the application of technology to advance the FHR vision through the Scoping Pillar of the Asset Management business.

The Asset Management Scoping Leader is responsible for supporting daily operations and driving sustained business improvement while developing their team members technically and professionally.

The Asset Management Scoping Team is responsible for diagnosing failure modes and scoping corrective actions, managing change, performing root cause analysis and developing reliability strategy improvements, always with an eye towards innovation. The team collaborates with capabilities across the organization leveraging a condition-based monitoring approach and cutting-edge technologies to achieve industry leading asset performance. The team is also leading the way in using automated diagnosis tools enhanced through the application of AI

As an Asset Management Scoping Lead, you will play a key role in establishing and advancing Asset Management as a Capability.

What You Will Do
* Develop and maintain a business point of view aligned with the FHR Vision and lead the development of business improvement and talent strategies that leverage technology and revolutionize existing data management practices
* Align business priorities and strengthen partnerships with key capability stakeholders across FHR and within the refinery
* Collaborate across capabilities to apply comparative advantage by the division of labor and drive asset engineering capability advancement
* Establish and advance best practices for troubleshooting, root cause analysis and most profitable scope development across Asset Management
* Foster a [1] PBM culture by exemplifying the application of the Values, Principles and Framework to personal behaviors, decision-making, and setting expectations
* Provide leadership and guidance to the asset engineers with a focus on their growth and professional development.
* Lead change with an emphasis on people first, creating the right environment to enable self-actualization and personal growth at all levels of the organization
* Understand barriers to progress while holding team members accountable to milestones and deliverables
* Establish appropriate measures for the Scoping Pillar to drive and demonstrate progress toward vision

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

* Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or other related field
* Previous leadership experience

What Will Put You Ahead

* Failure modes, cause and effect analysis (FMCA/RCA) knowledge and experience
* Preventative/Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) application knowledge and experience
* Experience implementing data management improvement strategies to automate work processes and improve decision-making
* Experience with turnaround outage scoping

For this role, we anticipate paying $130,000 - $170,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
