Location: Green Bay, WI, USA Shift: 2nd Shift Work model: On-Site Schedule: FULLTIME; Monday 12 p.m.-9 p.m.; Tuesday-Friday 2 p.m.-11 p.m. Job overview: Schneider is seeking a Security Team Leader in Green Bay to lead a team of security associates. The Security Team Leader will also solve security-related issues, lead Schneider's emergency response plans and work with other leaders to develop and adhere to budgets. Responsibilities: Lead a team of security associates and ensure adequate shift coverage and proper staffing. Manage the enterprise company car program and establish car usage policies. Respond to emergency security issues and provide updates to other business leaders. Update organization-wide emergency response and recovery plans. Maintain incident and investigation records. Establish crisis policies and procedures. Create and follow annual budgets. Coordinate timelines and responsibilities for security-related projects. Skills and qualifications: Bachelor degree. 2-4 years of previous security or customer service experience. Outstanding leadership skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. Able to remain calm in high pressure situations. Pay and benefits: Medical, dental and vision insurance.
