As the Receiving Team Lead, you'll be managing the receiving workload, scheduling, methods, materials, machinery and expenses.

  What You'll Be Doing:
  
  
  
  • Managing daily work schedules
  • Working with team members to resolve production issues
  • Developing team member training programs
  • Effectively Implementing policies and procedures
  • Assisting with the hiring of team members
  • Ensuring quality control measures are in place and the department is a safe working environment for team
  • Carrying out projects as assigned
  • Assisting in inventory control and inventory counts
  • Performing employee evaluations
  • Supporting employee growth and development
  • Addressing and managing disciplinary actions when required
  • Conducting team meetings
  • Filling in for daily production needs as needed

  What Would Make You a Great Fit:
  
  
  
  • Prior supervision/lead experience (2+ years of experience)
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Continuing Supervisor training
  • 2+ years of forklift experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work with management to implement change when necessary
  • Experience in creating team building activities
