Job Title: Engineer Location(s): Blue Bell, PA This position will be primarily remote. In the future, there may be a need to come into one of our offices 2-3 days per week. Must Have Skills: Excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of RF theory and practice, as well as 5G/LTE/VoLTE technology. Experience with designing 5G/LTE/VoLTE networks. Knowledge of radio propagation modeling software such as Atoll or Planet EV. Proficiency using Excel and Google Sheets (VB macro creation is a plus). Knowledge of RF base station and antenna systems. Desired Skills: Knowledge of LTE network KPIs and key parameters. Experience with Propagation Model Tuning. Knowledge of Samsung Radio Access Network equipment. Knowledge of 5G NR standards. Experience with RF optimization. Job Duties: Performing RF design work for Macro, Small Cell, In-Building systems. Creating plumbing diagrams (RFDS). Filing E911/Regulatory (TVW). Creating and updating Atoll records. Creating CIQ for system work orders. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science field. Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
