Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Cloud Engineer with extensive experience in both AWS and Azure to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, specifically with both Azure and AWS, and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure. This role requires excellent problem solving skills, a deep understanding of cloud network and services, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure on both AWS and Azure

• Develop and manage automation scripts and tools to streamline deployment and operational processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design cloud solutions that meet business and technical requirements

• Monitor and optimize cloud performance, cost, and security

• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues

• Design and architect cloud solutions for both AWS and Azure

• Stay up to date with the latest cloud technologies, best practices, and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

• Proven experience as an AWS or Azure Cloud Engineer or in a similar role

• 7+ years of experience in cloud computing, with a focus on both AWS and Azure

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or CloudFormation

• Familiarity with AWS and Azure security best practices and experience implementing security measures in a cloud environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Expertise in networking, security, and compliance best practices in a cloud environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Associate or AWS Certified Developer

• Azure certifications, such as Azure Administrator, Azure Developer, or Azure Solutions Architect

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools, such as GitLab, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps

• Knowledge of IT security best practices and experience implementing security measures in a cloud environment

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
