We are looking for a Content Specialist to help us with asset management and content creation. As a Trex Content Specialist, you will create, optimize, and manage engaging, multi-channel content to align with brand strategy, drive audience engagement, and support marketing goals. This role is a key member of our Marketing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Maintain Digital Asset Management tool and other portals and platforms that house multimedia assets.
  • Organize and maintain key content marketing items such as editorial calendars, email template development/upkeep, and literature online/offline components.
  • Develop high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including web, social media, email, and print materials.
  • Create and edit copy, visuals, and multimedia to align with brand voice and style guidelines.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to produce cohesive content campaigns.
  • Assist in developing content calendars and strategies to align with marketing goals.
  • Conduct research to identify audience interests, industry trends, and best practices for content creation.
  • Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Support the integration of SEO strategies to optimize content visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor performance metrics and audience engagement to optimize content for each channel.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all work.
  • Graphic design experience is a plus, bringing added value to content creation and visual storytelling.



EXPERIENCE

We are looking for candidates with a bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or a related field of study and 2+ years of experience at an agency or in-house. If you have previous experience with content marketing strategies and a willingness to adapt to the ever-evolving digital landscape, we want to hear from you! Candidates must have a current portfolio or be able to provide examples of writing/content/social media/etc. to be considered for this opportunity.

BASE SALARY RANGE: $60,000-$75,000 annually

The salary range provided serves as a general guideline for potential compensation for this position. It reflects the base salary and does not account for other benefits or additional compensation opportunities that may apply. This role is also eligible for further compensation through an annual and/or sales bonus, in addition to the base salary.

At Trex, individual base salaries are determined based on various factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. We are committed to maintaining pay equity and consider the internal equity of our existing team members when finalizing compensation offers.
