Position Summary
This position's work involves the performance of routine office duties that follow prescribed procedures and which may involve judgment based on knowledge gained through experience. Work is performed under the general supervision of an administrative superior (County Extension Coordinator) and work with a diverse population.

Performs related office work as necessary.
Operate office computer and types correspondence, newsletters, manuscripts, articles, administrative reports, special events flyers and programs (25%)
Calculates, types, posts, and balances standard financial statements, reports, vouchers, requisitions, check requests, journal sheets, inventories, or expense accounts from standard sources making routine mathematical computations and checks for accuracy. (25%)

Duties/Responsibilities
Assists CES Office personnel by greeting individuals calling in person or by telephone, refers caller to proper persons; gives out information and maintains appointment schedules (20%).
Maintains files for office records, forms, and educational and training materials; conducts inventory and orders office supplies and training materials. (10%)
Operates various office equipment such as personal computers, photocopiers, fax machines and calculators (10%)
