The
Scholarship Program Administrator position directly contributes to our mission by effectively facilitating a portfolio of scholarship programs to change students' lives through scholarships. This role will work with client partners to guide them through their program cycle, including client contract approval, student applications, evaluations, selections, notifications, college payment and reporting. The position consults with clients on Scholarship America best practices to achieve student outcomes and program goals. The Scholarship Program Administrator also works with cross-functional internal teams that support program delivery and assists students, parents, and school officials in a team environment. Pay range: $17.02 - $21.30 - $25.58 This is the pay range for our staff in this position, from entry to fully independent and proficient in the role utilizing our propriety systems and processes. The candidate selected for this position will be offered a wage applicable to their background and skill set as aligned to our business. This will result in an initial offer between $17.02 - $18.50 per hour for this position.
