16 Position Summary
The Executive Brand & Outreach Program Manager will add value, provide strategic counsel and position CPS Energy's Executives as thought leaders and experts in the industry by building their presence internally and externally through clear branding, creative storytelling, and authentic content development. This role will work collaboratively with the Office of the President, the Executive Leadership Team, Chiefs of Staff, Business Management Strategists, Corporate Communications & Marketing and other departments, as needed, to manage the development, integration and implementation of a broad range of activities that will facilitate effective planning and oversight of projects for successful deployment of thought leadership initiatives company-wide. Minimum Skills Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Increasing responsibility experience in executive brand management, corporate affairs, client management or a related role
Broad-range hands-on experience in areas such as, client management, account services, event planning, strategic planning, resource planning, team facilitation, group problem solving or process improvement work
Proficient in Microsoft Office Package (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and other similar management tools.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Detail-oriented and proven history of "on-time" delivery of projects.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders, including executive leadership, to represent the company and executive in a professional manner.
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills (i.e. personality and social skills).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, set priorities and successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously..
Acts in concert with CPS Energy core values and behavioral principles.
Must have Class C Texas Driver's License with a favorable driving record. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with coursework in communications, public relations, business management or related area; proven working experience may be used in lieu of degree Required Certifications Working Environment
Work is performed both indoors and outdoors. Operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, and repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator.
Ability to travel to and from events, meetings, training sessions or other business-related events. After-hours and weekend work and travel may be required. Physical Demands
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force infrequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
Light duty work. May work in different environments such as wet, humid, hazardous, and noisy when attending CPS Energy Power Generation and other facilities.
