Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our customer in Melbourne, FL.
Here's what you'd do:
The Customer Care Attendant is responsible for the meal service presentation provided at Embraer's Global Customer Center and for events supported by the Concierge team. This Employee is expected to be respectful, discreet, friendly and very organized.
The Customer Care Attendant position requires proactivity, orientation to detail, attention to social queues, and good people skills that helps them anticipate the Customer needs and provide them with a great experience.
Buffet Service:
  • Set up meeting rooms for buffet-style lunches with China, silverware, glasses, utensils and disposables
  • Re-plate some meals that come from the caterers in to Embraer platers
  • Serve Breakfast, Lunch and Snacks to the designated meeting rooms
  • Clear the meal service, reset the area with dishes
  • Load the dishwashers and hand wash delicate items
  • Polish and ensure all dishes are spotless; Put clean dishes away
  • Abide by food safety standards to ensure the safety of our Customers
Plated Dining Services:
  • Set up the dining room for the plated service
  • Serve meals and take drink orders
  • Clear and reset the room once service is concluded
  • Load the dishwashers and hand wash delicate items
  • Polish and ensure all dishes are spotless; Put clean dishes away
  • Abide by food safety standards to ensure the safety of our Customers
Stock:
  • Restock supplies in all meeting rooms
    1. Mini fridges
    2. Coffee carts
    3. Buffet credenzas
    4. Etc.
  • Responsible for maintaining the kitchens and stock areas organized and clean
  • Responsible for checking/keeping track of expiration dates of supplies
  • Nicely arrange snack basket for Customer meetings
Organization and cleanliness:
  • Responsible for maintaining the kitchens clean and organized
  • Quarterly deeper cleaning (or as needed) of the ovens, coffee pots, descale coffee machines, microwaves, Fridges, coffee makers, and so on
  • Responsible for keeping track of the dishes, crystals, flatware and supplies and notify lead and supervisor of any broken/missing/damaged items so we purchase replacements
  • Ensure that dishes are clean when set up for Customer use
Here's what you'll get:
  • Pay Range: $32.50/hour
  • Hours: This is an on-call position. Hours will vary from week to week and could include some weeks without work depending on business needs. (Typical hours of work would occur during the work week of M-F, between the hours of 7:30 AM-5:00 PM.)

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in the fine dining and/or hospitality industry

  • Ability to calmly work under pressure while maintaining professional demeanor
  • Ability to be detail-oriented and resourceful in a customer focused environment

  • Bilingual language skills preferred but not required
Additional Information:
  • Due to the nature of the work, you may be required to stay on your feet for long periods of time.
  • Uniform will be provided.
  • Professional personal presentation and personal hygiene are required
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
