Job Summary Ignite your career in the heart of downtown Phoenix at Guy Fieri's DTPHX Kitchen + Bar! Alongside Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, we're seeking passionate individuals to join our team and elevate the landscape of sports entertainment. Here's what being a part of our authentic crew entails: Greet guests promptly in friendly manner Assist in restocking and replenishing bar supplies including liquor, glassware, garnishes, and essentials. Organize and rotate stock to ensure freshness and accessibility. Maintain hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards. Ensures beer taps are working properly. Ensures the cleanliness of the bar and restaurant areas; wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, floors. Assists bartenders with beverage preparation and service as needed. Adheres to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests. Completes opening and closing duties including cleaning tasks in assigned area and preparation tasks Assists with other restaurant tasks such as cleaning duties and preparation tasks Performs other duties as assigned Required Skills: Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact professionally and effectively. Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and cash-handling experience. Ability to assist with food preparation and cooking tasks. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety regulations, best practices, and sanitation requirements. This position may require the following valid certifications; ServSafe Food Certification, ServSafe Alcohol Certification, and Maricopa County approved Food Handler certification. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for stadium events. Qualifications Previous experience in the restaurant and/or sports entertainment industry. Previous Bar back or bartender experience preferred. Physical demands: Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, ranging 6-12 hours, during events or as required by operational demands. Must be able to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, ascending/descending stairs, as necessary. Exposure to heat, steam, and cold temperatures within the kitchen environment. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed. Apply to Levy today!
