Overview
The Corporate Communications Partner-Social Media develops social media content, deploys social platform messaging, cultivates compelling social media campaigns for brand awareness and reports metrics for the Carle health system. This includes working closely with Carle and Health Alliance communications and marketing teams to meet goals and reinforce the positive public perception of the organizations. Qualifications License/Certifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree: Related Field Other Knowledge/Skills: Related field Responsibilities Expand social media reach and maintain and grow favorable brand reputation Plan, create and post all social media content for both The Carle Foundation (Carle) and Health Alliance Medical Plans (HAMP) Monitor and manage responses to social media posts as appropriate in a timely manner Provide strategic counsel, solutions and roadmaps while driving social media recommendations Act as the “social voice” of Carle and HAMP and escalate opportunities for engagement, crisis management and customer service to the appropriate resources Support the development of campaigns and events to drive increased awareness, engagement and ongoing customer/member involvement Create and optimize social media targeting with an understanding of trends and individual social platform benefits while benchmarking, analyzing and reporting metrics to support strategic objectives Track and report metrics on social media engagement across all platforms while providing vital insights to better support marketing and communications efforts Ensure materials produced by Carle adhere to legal and compliance mandates for ADA and other laws Track results and maintain appropriate databases as needed Collaborative spirit in supporting special projects as assigned About Us Find it here. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $25.5per hour - $42.59per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
