We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead and oversee our advanced sports medicine training programs for orthopedic surgeons. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing educational initiatives that ensure the highest standard of training in cutting-edge surgical techniques, research, and patient care in the field of sports medicine. The Program Manager will collaborate with medical professionals, academic institutions, and industry partners to deliver comprehensive training that supports the professional growth of surgeons while advancing the field of sports medicine. Key Responsibilities: 1. Program Development and Execution *Design, implement, and continuously improve sports medicine training programs tailored to orthopedic surgeons at various career stages. *Develop curricula that incorporate evidence-based practices, surgical innovations, and emerging trends in sports medicine that educate surgeons on the safe and effective use of all ConMed Products. *Coordinate hands-on workshops, simulation training, and live surgical demonstrations. 2. Stakeholder Collaboration *Partner with leading surgeons, medical educators, and industry experts to identify training needs and develop relevant content. *Serve as a liaison with academic institutions, healthcare organizations, and professional societies to ensure program alignment with industry standards. 3. Project and Resource Management *Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful delivery of training initiatives. *Oversee the procurement of training materials, equipment, and facilities. *Ensure compliance with all medical education accreditation and regulatory requirements. 4. Participant Engagement and Support *Facilitate recruitment, enrollment, and communication with program participants. *Evaluate participant performance and provide feedback to support professional development. *Develop a mentorship network connecting trainees with industry leaders. 5. Evaluation and Reporting *Monitor program effectiveness through participant feedback, outcomes data, and key performance indicators. *Prepare and present reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. *Implement data-driven strategies for continuous improvement. Qualifications: *Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, education, or a related field. *Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, medical education, or sports medicine. *In-depth knowledge of orthopedic surgery and sports medicine trends. *Proven ability to design and deliver training programs in clinical or academic settings. *Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail. *Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities. *Familiarity with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements for medical education. Preferred Skills: *Experience in developing simulation-based training programs. *Background in working with Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs. *Knowledge of emerging surgical technologies and techniques. *Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus. Work Environment: This role requires travel to labs, conferences, and workshops. The Program Manager will work closely with healthcare professionals in clinical, academic, and corporate settings.
