The Goodwill Staffing (GSS) - Security Officer (Field Operations Supervisor) position may become a full-time, temp-to-hire, permanent position. This job is eligible for Paid Sick and Safe Time (PSST) under the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act. JOB SUMMARY: Goodwill Staffing is a full-service staffing agency within Goodwill of Colorado. Goodwill Staffing works with a variety of Clients offering a variety of job opportunities. The Security Officer (Field Operations Supervisor) is expected to ensure all evening operations are completed. This person should be able to mentor, train, and be responsible for other security officers. The supervisor is responsible to cover all evening shifts with guards, but is also expected to fill in when coverage is not available. Schedule flexibility is required for this position, including overnights. This position prefers candidates with a "Guard Card" and two-years of managing in the security field. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
