What if you could use those skills to improve the technology supporting U.S. Department of Defense or Intelligence Community partners? We're looking for a system administrator to recognize and respond to technical issues with servers, operating systems, and cyber tool applications with a background in hardening, troubleshooting problems, and installing patches and updates on Windows and Linux servers to help us deploy cyber security solutions across the DoD and intelligence community.

As a System Administrator on our team, you'll perform systems administration of cyber tools sets and server systems connected to networks across multiple classification domains. You'll provide support to developmental and operational systems, including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all client, server, storage, and network devices. You will also maintain integrity and security of cross-domain system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. You will provide Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of issues. You'll configure and manage Windows, UNIX, and Linux operating systems and install and load operating system and application software. You'll learn how to help clients overcome challenges through monitoring and performance management. You'll analyze problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical network.

You'll combine your technical knowledge and communication skills to turn metrics into information and articulate their meaning. This is an opportunity to gain experience in following established processes and checklists, understanding and applying basic concepts, and assisting more senior level technicians, specialists, and managers in their activities. You will work individually and as team participant and will obtain guidance and direction from more senior level technicians, specialists, or managers. We focus on growing as a team, so we'll share techniques, work through challenges, and develop new methodologies together.
