This role will support brand Indio and Dos Equis exclusively. The role will function as support in merchandising efforts in key markets of New Mexico.

The primary cities are Albuquerque, Las Cruces, Roswell and Santa Fe. Must have reliable vehicle to transport program assets.

This person should be knowledgeable in the beer category and will exemplify the brand values.

The candidate will be a dynamic, entrepreneurial individual who will be a complimentary face of the brand in New Mexico, alongside the local sales team to consumers. Job Description

Primary Location:

Albuquerque, New Mexico

Works as member of corporate Marketing Management Team to develop and execute corporate marketing and sales programs at the field level to support business objectives. Such programs will include but not limited to product sampling; incentives and promotions; planning, organizing and executing supplier activities; pricing programs and training for local sales teams.

  • Develops brand growth programs for presentation by the local sales teams and personally to existing and potential new customers (cold calls) in assigned territory.

  • Analyzes effectiveness of sales and marketing programs, including brand development, point of sale execution, and pricing strategies at the field level and takes action with local sales teams to ensure execution consistent with corporate strategies to grow sales volume and corporate profits.

  • Builds relationships with Sales Center management, sales teams, and suppliers and corporate managers to achieve business objectives in both office and social environment.

  • Prepares and presents ongoing reports to executive management.

  • Performs Public Relations functions as they relate to products and promotions.

  • Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.

Qualifications:
* Knowledge of beer category
* Experience in the off & on-premises
* Strong public speaking skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Deadline-oriented self-starter who is proactive and holds self to high standard of work quality
* Ability to interface with the sales team
* Strong level of self-management and organization required
* Works well independently, without need of micromanagement, problem-solver
* BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
* Valid driver's license

MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER

TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT: 10 months. Revisit EOM December based of volume and results.

START DATE: MARCH 1st thru End of 2025.

LEGAL TRAINING

RATE: $50K Salary + Other (Benefits/mileage) =$65.
