Job Requirements

Perform (BCA) consisting of a compare and contrast of the knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs) for the training requirements between Common Submarine Radio Room (CSRR) Operator and Maintainer Submarine Communications Support System / CSRR trainers and Journeyman Communications Course (JCC) Revision C's Surface Ship Radio Room (SSRR), Aegis Ashore Team Trainer, and Electronics Technician (ET) A School Block Learning for curriculum that would technically overlap and Multipurpose Reconfigurable Training System (MRTS)/MRTS 3D content that can support Undersea Warfare's CSRR revision for potential Reuse, Repurpose, and Recycle (R3).

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs)
*10 years of relevant work experience
*Excellent oral and written skills.
*Excellent critical thinking skills.
*Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
*Ability to work independently and as a team member.
*Ability to learn and apply training concepts to assigned duties.
*Experience applying DoD training practices and processes and Fleet training development and management tools such as: Content Planning Module (CPM) / Learning Object Module (LOM), Human Analysis Requirements Planning System (HARPS), Fleet Training Management Planning System (FLTMPS), Corporate Enterprise and Training Activity Resource System (CeTARS), Instructional Systems Design (ISD), Planning, Analysis, Development, Implementation Evaluation (PADDIE).
*Experience applying DoD, OPNAV, SECNAV, and Naval Education and Training
*(NAVEDTRA) regulations and policies affecting training development and implementation, training course conduct and training assessment.
*Works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties identified independently.
*May oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job. Relevant experience includes:
oDesign, develop, route, and support the approval of program training documents such as the following:
oFront End Analysis (FEA)
oTraining Requirements Plan (TRP)
oNavy Training Systems Plan (NTSP)
oEnsure training products to include technical training equipment or training device and curriculum are developed in accordance with Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) training development and management standards.
oExperience applying DoD training practices and processes and Fleet training development and management tools such as:
oContent Planning Module (CPM) / Learning Object Module (LOM)
oHuman Analysis Requirements Planning System (HARPS)
oFleet Training Management Planning System (FLTMPS), Corporate Enterprise and Training Activity Resource System (CeTARS)
oAbility to learn and apply administrative support concepts to assigned duties
oSpecialized Navy training experience with NETC or Navy acquisition program support experience
oExperience applying DoD, OPNAV, SECNAV, and Naval Education and Training (NAVEDTRA) policies affecting training development and implementation, training course conduct, and training assessment
