Responsibilities to Anticipate for this role
  • Support the US Manufacturing locations on issues or questions related to material requirements planning, inventory control and Sales Order management.
  • Analyze, update and publish weekly report on Internal and Customer Sales Orders. Conduct weekly conference calls with representatives of each plant to review past due & currently scheduled Internal and Customer Sales Orders. Solve issues between Customer, SCM, Program Office and US manufacturing locations.
  • Analyze, update and publish weekly In Transit Shipments report.
  • Oversee GDLS E&O process in coordination with SCM, Finance & US Mfg locations.
  • Manage process for Customer owned material Furnish Forward or PCARSS disposition. Coordinate actions required at the plant locations to properly dispose or Furnish Forward material.
  • Lead Contract Close Out Process in coordination with Contracts, Government Property, US Mfg.
  • Work with Self Governance to resolve costing, transactional or material movement issues.
  • Update and Maintain monthly KPI metrics for On-Time Delivery & Intransit Inventories
  • Review weekly GDLS Project Transfer Exception Messages report in Oracle for execution as appropriate.
  • Support US Mfg locations with Oracle Data Loader as needed
  • Lead department CI projects & support Global CI projects.
  • Support government audits


Qualifications Sought
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business or Supply Chain Management.
  • Must have expert Oracle knowledge, especially in planning.
  • Master Planner experience preferred.
  • APICS certification (CPIM/CIRM) preferred.
  • Ability to work on own and lead CI teams.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of COGNOS reporting preferred.
