Journeyman Fusion Analyst

Job Summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Journeyman Fusion Analyst to support our customer on site at Fort Shafter, HI. The Analyst will have Experience with Ground Domain Multi-INT Fusion products in support of pattern-of-life analysis, identify intelligence gaps, and/or targeting.

Required Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED and 11 years of total work experience, Associate's Degree and 9 years of total work experience, or Bachelor's degree and 5 years of total work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in participating in all-source operational environments, mission management, or collection management as a trained Army 35F or branch equivalent.
• Experience with intelligence writing and ICD 203 analytic tradecraft standards.
• Experience with INDOPACOM intelligence problem sets, especially working with East Asian nations order of battle and ground domain awareness.
• Ability to provide shift work support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a Combatant Command or Service Center
• Experience working in or coordinating with operational intelligence centers
• Experience with Ground Domain Multi-INT Fusion products in support of pattern-of-life analysis, identify intelligence gaps, and/or targeting
• Experience with intelligence software, such as Palantir, Analyst's Notebook, or other relevant tools
• Experience working with multiple intelligence disciplines, including HUMINT, IMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, or OSINT, and associated data and tools
• Possession of excellent organizational skills, including updating tracking mechanisms, compiling analytic reports, and responding to tasks

Certified Defense All-Source Analysis (CDASA) Certification

Salary at Castalia Systems is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, position knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $98,897.50 to $110,532.50 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Castalia Systems' total compensation package for employees.
