This position offers:
- Starting pay of $21.85/hr. up to top pay of $30.84/hr
- Quarterly gainsharing bonus potential
*additional shift differential for off-shifts

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must safely operate equipment and tools.
- Must be able to physically handle and manipulate weights up to 50 lbs.
- The individual will be expected to report unsafe conditions to their supervisor immediately upon discovery.
- Must abide by all safety policies.
- The individual will be expected to perform assigned task to the highest stated or implied company standard.
- As each position is responsible for handling and processing material through their position. Attention to detail will be expected.
- The individual will be expected to meet all delivery schedules and report on all appropriate documentation.
- Must support cost savings initiatives and perform assignments in a method to keep costs at a minimum.
- This individual must support productivity improvements that help to keep labor costs at a minimum.
- Must show good team and communication skills.
- Must be able to work cooperatively with others and communicate well with fellow employees.
- Must support the environmental initiatives of the company and aid in the control and reduction of environmental aspects and impacts.
Knowledge You Should Bring
- Operation of computer on a basic level, capability of operating different types of material handling equipment.
- The ability to read and understand Local Work Instructions and Control Plans.
- Must show good initiative and be able to perform with minimal supervision.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional Candidates Might Have
- Education: High school diploma/ GED preferred
- Years of Experience: Prefer prior experience with basic machining or manufacturing
- Other Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate with others
- Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English
- Ability to properly use equipment, materials, and supplies.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in either a group setting or individually.
- Functional Abilities:
- Lifting and carrying parts ranging from one (1) ounce to seventy-five (75) pounds up to 10 hours per day.
- Grasping and moving parts of various sizes up to 10 hours per day.
- Walking and standing for up to 10 hours per day.
- Moving items 4 feet from waist height.
- Repeated bending, twisting, stopping up to 10 hours per day.
