Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans aligned with the company's goals and objectives both short and long-term.
  • Product Design & Launches: Leads the design of new products across multiple internal stakeholders to meet customer demands across the acute and non-acute markets, as well as the planning and execution of product launches, including market research, competitive analysis, and promotional campaigns.
  • Global Engagement: Work with key stakeholders and manufacturing sites around the world in building a robust injectable drug and nutrition pipeline and strategy.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Use insights to inform marketing and pricing strategies.
  • Product Management: Lead the day-to-day management of the product portfolio inclusive of Life Cycle Management, tracking market share and other applicable metrics to measure overall success of the portfolio.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance team driving accountability across the organization.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, R&D, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives. Partner with global colleagues to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and the overall portfolio.
  • Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and identity to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, and online advertising.
  • Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities including product claims comply with industry regulations and adhere company policies.

  • Judgement is required in resolving complex problems based on experience.
  • Represents the organization as a prime contact on projects and departmental operations. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on issues often requiring coordination across organizational lines.


Target Based Range

$250,000 - $320,000

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
  • 04-06 years related experience required.
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Occasional business travel required
