Job Overview
The Associate Marketing Manager for Marvin Modern and Marvin Connected Home assists the Sr. Marketing Manager and product marketing team in building and leading launch strategies, go-to-market plans, the long-term growth of the collection and achieving team's near-term strategies and plans. The Associate Marketing Manager should understand and internalize the Marvin brand and product marketing team's vision and strategies to lead developing and execution of specific programs and projects. The Associate Marketing Manager is responsible for managing multi-channel marketing communications to strengthen brand, the collection, and drive growth through customer & dealer awareness; providing cross-category project leadership to develop communications and promotions based on consumer needs, motivators, and behaviors; and working collaboratively with the cross-functional marketing, product management, and sales teams.
Highlights of your role
Product GTM Planning + Execution
Co-ownership and accountability with Sr. Marketing Manager for product launches; creating go to market plans and activations in support of the marketing strategy
- Develop integrated product marketing launch and go-to-market plans that may include omni-channel deliverables, positioning, naming, and message development
- Develop and manage multi-channel content strategy including renderings, photography, copy, animations, and video
- Ensure consistent adherence to brand guidelines for all marketing materials
- Work with our sales and channel marketing teams to understand our dealer network and field sales structure and processes to help deliver product commercialization plans to the channel
- With Sr. Marketing Manager, co-lead functional partners to author clear briefs, give clear direction, and evaluate creative materials
- Transfer marketing strategy to omnichannel product launches and campaigns
- Conduct post-launch evaluation and use lessons learned to identify opportunities to enhance future go-to-market and project plans. Socialize these findings with project and leadership team when applicable.
Brand Marketing Asset Development + Execution
- Support Sr. Marketing Manager with annual planning and be able to measure the results of the plan against execution
- Utilize insights and data to drive plans and actions
- Support Sr. Marketing Manager to develop multi-channel marketing campaigns by working in conjunction with internal marketing teams and agencies using your built understanding of our customers to help guide the cross-functional and agency work
- Help drive effective and compelling marketing elements, including print collateral, channel-delivered social posts and emails, dealer showroom collateral, digital media, public relations, training, & presentations
- Develop project scopes & objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility, and that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Learn to track, analyze and report on all campaign metrics
- Understand how marketing priorities deliver against achieving business strategies
- Understand the brand's positioning and develop supporting plans using consumer knowledge to drive engagement
Marketing Team Leadership
- Work with cross-functional teams to execute product marketing, channel, and brand strategies
- Co-Own with Sr. Marketing Manager the cross-functional timelines, deliverables, and production of materials for various marketing programs and product launches
- Collaborate with enterprise legal department to execute contracts
- Contribute to the marketing strategy and understand how it drives business objectives
- Demonstrate competency of basic accounting rules, policies, and terminology

- Demonstrated leadership experience for external partners and who is able to work well across, and up and down the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a comfort for presentations to all levels within the organization
- Keen attention to detail and appreciation for brand standards
- Desire to work on various marketing programs and product launches
- Creative mind with ability to maneuver the alignment processes of creative strategy and development of marketing plans
- The drive to learn to lead in any environment, managing tasks on time, and within budget
- Strong computer skills (Primarily Microsoft Office Suite) and CRM
- Some familiarity with Power BI and data analytics
- Can do attitude: Positive and professional demeanor that allows you to respond strategically and thoughtfully, while meeting the demands of the culture.

- Hybrid role; expectation is to be in the office in Eagan, MN 2 days/week
- Domestic travel may be required (up to 25%)
- Bachelor degree in business, marketing or related
- 3-5 years marketing or related experience (including internships)
