POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Summary/ General Description of Responsibilities:

Receives, reviews, and processes maintenance and repair requirements from building custodians and other base customers. May establish monthly In-Service Work Plan (IWP) for all actual time accounting cost centers and may coordinate the base's Facility Organizational Customer Utilization System (FOCUS).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Job Requirements, Mandatory:




  • Experience in a work management environment.
  • Computer literate with two years verifiable data entry-level computer experience.
  • Ability to type at least 35 WPM with an error rate of five.
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Team player; ability to communicate effectively and work harmoniously with others
  • Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional and courteous manner in diversified situations.



Job Requirements, Preferred:




  • High school diploma or equivalent.


  • Experience with IWIMS work management system.
  • Prior radio dispatch experience.
