Overview

Responsible for the end-to-end administrative functions of our Learning Management System (LMS) supporting the training efforts of our Organizational Development (OD) and Leadership curriculum. Core responsibilities will include communicating, administrating, and maintaining course curriculum information and enrollment data on the Learning Management System; managing relationships with internal and external customers and vendors, and partnering with peer OD members to design, develop and facilitate learning experiences.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities
  • Oversee all training activities, including scheduling, enrollment, attendance, grades, communication, and evaluation of OD/Leadership Development courses on the LMS.
  • Foster strong relationships and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Resolve LMS enrollment and accessibility issues.
  • Provide monthly updates and progress reports on ongoing projects and other areas of responsibility.
  • Stay updated on Learning & Development industry trends to implement and disseminate innovative training practices.
  • Create materials to promote OD/Leadership Development courses and services.
  • Offer technical support for SAP/Success Factors, or similar systems.
  • Assist in planning and facilitating workshops, leadership offsite events, and teambuilding sessions.
  • Identify and share opportunities for continuous improvement of OD programs, processes, and practices.

Qualifications

Required Education/Experience
  • Associate's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience or
  • Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of relevant experience.
Relevant Work Experience
  • Relevant experience includes: project management, organizational development, leadership development, performance management, consulting, conflict management, coaching and/or related area, required.
  • Experience in Learning Management System Administration, project management, MS Office (including pivot tables), statistical data analysis, and strategic problem-solving, required.
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented with the ability to work independently, demonstrating professionalism, responsiveness, ethical conduct, and confidentiality, required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels within the company, required.
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer focus to consistently prioritize and address customer needs with proactive solutions, required.
  • Must be available to work on-site at our Learning Center 3 to 4 days each week, required.

  • Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
