COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER- INTERNAL LEAD The primary role of the Communications Manager - Internal Lead is to oversee and implement communications plans designed to improve information and communication amongst employees, drive employee engagement and foster employee retention. The Communications Manager reports to the Senior Communications Manager and is a key leader in driving communications activities for the business. This position's primary responsibility will be creating strategic internal communications plans and execution of plans across core company geographies. Additional responsibilities can include supporting core organizational functions to drive business goals including: employee training and HR, operational excellence (safety, innovation, project controls, etc.), regional operations, DEI and executive leadership. This person should display a strategic mindset, a high level of attention-to-detail, strong writing capabilities, and a natural ability to "see" and raise the questions that need to be asked to isolate and deliver impactful messages. Candidates are encouraged to provide a link to a portfolio showcasing relevant work, such as writing samples, marketing materials, social media campaigns, or other relevant projects. Occasionally, employee will be required to visit construction jobsites which may expose the employee to dirt, dust, uneven surfaces, outdoor weather conditions and extreme temperatures. *** In alignment with our commitment to pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $120,000, excluding fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you join McGough, your final base salary will be determined by several factors, including geography, location, skills, education, and experience. Furthermore, we place significant value on pay equity among our current team members as part of any final job offer. Please note that the range provided above reflects the hiring range for this role. Hiring near the top end of this range would be atypical, as we aim to allow room for future salary growth. Additionally, McGough offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
