To support those goals, the Marketing function is transforming rapidly, and we are looking for an Insights Specialist to support our Industry Strategy and Marketing Team.
Your Responsibilities:
You will help support industry & marketing strategy development at Rockwell. Ensure that the Industry Strategy team has a clear, informed view of the current industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. This view will be informed by wider global market trends, regularly updated, and communicated to partners. Try to expand subject matter expertise on main industries and industry segments. Your success will depend on your ability to ramp up quickly in a, and build strong and trusted relationships within Marketing and across functions and regions. Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the Industry Strategy & Marketing team to develop industry research plans, surveys, and other research instruments to collect data.
- Conduct primary and secondary research to understand industry trends, opportunities,, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze research data and various sources of information to develop applicable insights to inform strategies and plans, and support business decision-making.
- Present research findings fluently to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Coordinate VoC and analysis for early-stage gate industry solutions offerings.
- Manage research vendors to increase insights quality and cost.
- Master research tools that provide market intelligence data.
- Effectively organize research outputs and access to them.
- Collaborate with other researchers across the company to share best practices.
- Understand the needs of internal clients and choose the best, most cost-effective approach to meet research goals.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, changes, and competitors in the core industries.
- Develop Indicators to report on the impact of the research.
- Stay informed about research trends and use creative approaches, frameworks, or sources to improve the effectiveness of the research process and increase its impact.
- Conduct tasks in accordance with applicable health, safety,quality, and environmental regulations as well as Rockwell Automation Global Sales & Marketing policies and procedures. Adhere to the Rockwell Automation code of ethics.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3 or more years of experience. Other relevant research experience may be considered.
- Excellent research and analytical skills. Process large amounts of information quickly and assess it critically.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft products, including Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets),, and SharePoint.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
