About this Role:

The Learning and Development Program Manager role manages the offerings, design and delivery for a global set of programs to build key skills (e.g., content creation, critical thinking, client interactions, presentation) within the Research & Advisory business unit. This role collaborates with team members, R&A Leadership, HR Business Partners, and other business unit stakeholders across the organization to deliver and consult on learning experiences. This role requires a high degree of independent problem solving, stakeholder management, excellent communication skills and a client-first approach.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the offerings, content design and facilitation for parts of our evolving learning curriculum within Research & Advisory

  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and senior level stakeholders to understand skill needs, enhance the current learning experience, and design new modules and programs as needed

  • Manage the marketing of offerings and oversee the scheduling, logistics and resources/budget for sessions

  • Lead multi-day virtual programs, facilitating introductions, setting up line facilitators and ensuring participants engage and learn from the programs

  • Collect and analyze feedback on training sessions, with an emphasis on the quantifiable impact of programs and an eye towards improvement

  • Facilitate virtual welcome sessions for new hires

  • Ensure program strategies and design meet WFD standards and provide a return on investment, and are delivered consistently in all regions

  • Innovate on learning delivery techniques, experimenting with job aids, videos, eLearning, etc

  • Ensure materials and offering information is up-to-date on our WFD intranet portal, our Learning Management System and our marketing materials

  • Provide project and change management expertise to large events and business transformation initiatives

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of learning & development experience

  • Experience supporting a business unit or functional area

  • Instructional design and facilitation experience

  • Problem solving skills - intellectual curiosity and an interest in being a partner with solutions

  • Strongcommunication skills (both verbal and written) to effectively interact with all levels of associates on various subject matters and convey knowledge and ideas in a logical, interesting and engaging manner to others.

  • Ability to motivate, influence and coach individuals who do not have a direct reporting relationship to drive change.

  • Strong project management skills, with ability to complete multiple projects/tasks under competing deadlines with accuracy and thoroughness

  • Strong MS PowerPoint skills

  • Learning Management System, learning technology, and survey software are a plus.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 76,000 USD - 107,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
