Job Highlights The Process Controls Technology (PCT) Engineer is responsible for the installation, start-up, and troubleshooting of new instruments. The incumbent will be the site's point of contact for vendors who are supporting instrument activities. Responsibilities will include: Lead instrument calibration and tuning activities. Lead or support instrument troubleshooting activities. Lead implementation of new instrumentation technologies. Oversee vendor calibration, tuning, and combustion testing activities for process heating systems. Oversee vendor inspections of high-voltage equipment. Investigate DCS instrumentation issues. Provide guidance to Maintenance E&I Technicians. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required. A minimum of three years industry experience with familiarity with industrial electrical systems of 480 volts of less. Knowledge of field instrumentation and chemical process control. Knowledge of process control strategies and systems. Knowledge of relevant standards in the area of process control, low voltage electrical, and instrumentation. What we offer you Compensation: We offer competitive compensation packages, inclusive of a global bonus program and an individual performance bonus program. The established pay range for this position is $94,700.00to $126,200.00. Please note, the actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
