Job Title: AV Technician Job Description: We are seeking a skilled AV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Teams Room hardware, support, and meeting facilitation, as well as a strong skills in audiovisual (AV) technology and asset management. Key Responsibilities: * Set up and maintain presentation and conferencing systems. * Troubleshoot and resolve system issues. * Install and configure AV products. * Perform daily room checks and system troubleshooting. * Deliver and track portable presentation equipment. * Facilitate equipment repair and meeting setup. * Work with Extron, Crestron, AMX, audio and video conferencing, projection, and display systems. Qualifications: * Associate's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. * At least two, but typically four or more years of experience in computer support. * Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. Top Skills: * Corporate AV support and conference room support. * Microsoft Teams support. * Traditional desktop support skills.
