Position Summary:
The administrative coordinator will be a post-award administrator of an MNAPISI grant. The coordinator will work closely
with the Pis, collaborators, and participants involved in the grant.

Essential Functions:
- Recruit participants and facilitate training programs for I-Corps research translation / commercialization of technology.
-Monitor purchases, requisition, and travel reimbursement.
- Assess project expenditures.
- Assist PIs in meeting the requirements of the grant.
- Coordinate reports, monitor report due dates closely and assist in submitting documentation.
- Coordinate projects and grant-related activities.
- Collaborate with internal units to ensure that rooms are reserved.
- Collect data from program participants to support performance evaluation.
- Maintain records of post-award activities, including meetings and minutes.
- Outreach, marketing, and recruitment for program components.
-Organize meetings and maintain action item lists.

Additional Functions:
- Upload data into Cornerstone.
-Ensure full compliance with the terms of the award.

Prerequisite Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- At the university's discretion, the education and experience prerequisites may be exempted where the candidate can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the university, an equivalent combination of education and experience specifically preparing the candidate for success in the position.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior I-Corps experience.
- Advanced degree with academic innovation experience.
- Prior experience working in STEM higher education environments.
