You will develop and expand new business, retain clients, and close business by delivering five-star customer service. You will have the ability to make decisions and advocate for your customers. Commercial Banking is a significant revenue-producing line of business, serving middle-market organizations. You will analyze a company's performance, monitor those on-going relationships, and generate revenue by selling the full breadth of our products and services in your local community. Uncovering and structuring an opportunity, serving the client, and meeting bank requirements will be integral to your role. We have a community-bank feel with the large-bank ability, allowing us to compete with all financial institutions. You can build a successful, long-term career by building your book of business and taking ownership. What You Can Expect
You will work with your team to develop and execute a comprehensive relationship management and business development plan for customers and prospects. Your time will be focused on developing new business, working with senior leaders to maintain existing relationships, identifying opportunities and solutions, and evaluating credit requests. You will serve as the clients' primary link to all financial services across the bank, including treasury services, wealth management products, and deposit offerings. This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years' experience in a commercial lending environment or 11-13 years' equivalent experience.
