Job Summary About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the NWSL online store. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong ecommerce background, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Qualifications: 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in ecommerce, buying, or marketing. Bachelor's degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Soccer knowledge is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with NWSL personnel. Stay up-to-date on league events, players, and schedules. Collaborate with league sponsors on products and promotions to ensure a fresh and engaging ecommerce site. Assortment Planning: Manage product buys and assortments for all NWSL Clubs, aligning with local market needs and stadium product drops. Collaborate with licensees on product launch strategies to serve core fanbases effectively. Customer Service & Fulfillment: Oversee customer service strategies and ensure timely order fulfillment. Coordinate warehouse operations during peak times and manage inventory. Lead labor management, including hiring, scheduling, and performance reviews. Promotional Strategy & Marketing: Develop and execute promotional calendars to drive sales and acquire new customers. Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns and ensure site promotions align with league assets like broadcast, social media, and events. Curious about Life at Levy?
