In this role, you will be responsible for providing oversight and direction to kitchen associates, ensuring quality in food production, establishing and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, control of inventory, and maintaining food & labor costs.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing oversight and direction to kitchen associates, ensuring quality in food production, establishing and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, control of inventory, and maintaining food & labor costs.

Does this sound like you?

You have at least two years of experience in a culinary role, preferably in a supervisory position. You have a prove ability to collaborate on menu design. You are creative and your creativity is paired with consistent quality. You have your food manager certification and are knowledgeable of all federal, state and local laws/ regulations pertaining to food safety and food production. You have experience in high volume banquets and a fast paced environment. You are passionate and take pride in providing our customers superior quality and service. You are looking for some flexibility in a job, so working a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings and weekends works for your personal life.
