The Director of Talent, BEWS is a global thought leader responsible for helping to drive execution of the Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions' Talent strategy. Reporting to the Head of Global Talent for Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions, this role will work collaboratively with the Global Talent team, Internal Communications, HRBPs and business leaders to drive end-to-end talent strategy execution and ensure talent plans and processes are scaled. Your work will span talent planning, workforce management/organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, leadership, succession enablement, performance management, diversity & inclusion, development, engagement, & retention. What You Will Do You will serve as a change agent as you work collaboratively to:
- Design and shape the talent philosophy across Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions that connects to our views on growth, development, evaluation, and compensation.
- Deploy talent programs to prepare future leaders and enhance organizational capabilities.
- Support succession planning processes and talent reviews to identify gaps, promote internal mobility, and ensure leadership continuity.
- Develop and iterate talent processes to ensure equitable talent engagement outcomes.
- Build leader capability in managing, assessing, evaluating, and developing talent.
- Support executives with proactive talent plans to ensure we have the right talent in the right roles at the right time.
- Generate demand for leadership development programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, using data to tell the story of our talent's growth and organizational progress.
- Partner with business leaders to assess organizational needs and implement solutions to improve effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders for gap analysis in team performance, communication, and alignment, creating targeted development and restructuring initiatives that drive organizational productivity and cohesion.
- Create scalable solutions that optimize workflows, enhance decision-making processes, and strengthen team structures, ensuring the organization is agile, resilient, and prepared for future growth.
- Serve as a catalyst to raise the bar on performance management throughout Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions.
- Develop and deploy, based on strategic workforce plans, palatable, continuous learning & development solutions to ensure our talent has the critical skills needed.

Location Expectations: Plano, TX (Remote) CRADLEPOINT INC. does not sponsor US work authorizations for this job position including H-1B, O-1, and TN. Ericsson also does not hire F-1's working on EAD for this position. What You Will Bring:
- 12+ years of experience in Talent Management or strategic HR role in a large global organization
- 5+ years of experience in talent assessment, succession, and development
- 8+ years of experience working with senior HRBPs supporting C-Suite executives and other senior leaders.10+ years project and change management experience working across matrixed global organizations.
- Demonstrated business and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analytical acuity.
- Leading through complexity and ambiguity (e.g. competing priorities, matrixed environment).
- Talent assessment certifications (e.g. Hogan, 360, other).
- MS Suite expertise (PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Excel)
- Demonstrated agility, growth mindset, and ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Track record of indirectly leading groups of volunteers to complete projects.
- Outstanding consultation, collaboration and influencing capabilities.
- Executive presence and communication, strong story telling skills.
- Strong facilitation capability, executive coaching certification a plus
- Experience leading organizational design efforts to accelerate business growth.
