Description

Iatric Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician will work with process engineers to ensure the successful installation of production, packaging and distribution equipment in new facility, identify and document major equipment related issues, establish organized plans to implement corrective action, and other duties as assigned. You will work 15 days per month. We are a 24/7 facility with a 12 hr rotating 2-2-3 Schedule

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:



  • Work with process engineers to ensure the successful installation of production, packaging and distribution equipment in new facility.
  • Develop, improve, or enhance equipment, methods, processes, and materials for producing new and established products with the lowest total cost.
  • Identify and document major equipment related issues and establish an organized plan to implement corrective action.
  • Perform on-call responsibilities when necessary.
  • Utilize maintenance software to track all team members' work progress and materials to insure timely completion of work orders and employee performance accountability.
  • Troubleshoot and repair all machinery and process related deficiencies using electrical/mechanical skills. This includes performing general maintenance duties to encompass all facility related equipment.
  • Work with process engineers to identify and document major equipment related issues and establish an organized plan to implement corrective action.
  • Demonstrate commitment to Rockline/Iatric excellence.
  • Associates have a direct and important role in ensuring that all work is performed in a safe manner.
  • Contribute to a cooperative working effort by demonstrating a willingness to perform other job-related work, as needed or requested

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential accountabilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.)



  • High School Diploma/GED and previous industrial maintenance experience required. Solid understanding of HVAC, building and grounds-related equipment required.
  • Must be currently enrolled in, or have completed a Millwright, Electrical, or dual Apprenticeship program. Associate degree in a technical discipline will also be considered.
  • Ability to obtain Electrical license in the state of Tennessee.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required. Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) a plus.
  • Ability to complete Medic First Aid training through an approved Iatric course.
  • Experience with emphasis on equipment and process re-designs along with the fabrication of intricate tools, dies and machine components; preferably in a self-directed work team environment.
  • Specific experience in electrical, machine rigging, mechanical, light fabrication, power transmission, bearings, lubrication, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical fastening, and PC / PLC control systems preferred.
  • Working knowledge of TPM, preventative/predicative maintenance, operator basic care, and equipment efficiency metrics and measures preferred.
  • A working knowledge of GMP, FDA, and OSHA regulations and guidelines a plus.
  • Ability to utilize various measuring devices: micrometer, scales, caliper, etc.
  • Strong leadership, verbal, written, analytical, mathematical, reasoning, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision
