Your Role on Our Team

As a Sr. Analytics Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable data solutions to drive business intelligence, advanced analytics, and informed decision-making. You will serve as the bridge between data engineering and business intelligence, ensuring data is well-modeled, performant, and accessible for analytics, reporting, and AI/ML initiatives.

You will be self-motivated, innovative, and a strong collaborator, working with technical and business stakeholders - including teams located in other countries - to translate business needs into high-impact analytical solutions.

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize data models, pipelines, and analytics solutions to support reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics.

  • Collaborate with global business teams, data engineers, and BI developers to ensure data is structured and accessible for analysis.

  • Drive best practices in data modeling, governance, quality, and performance optimization.

  • Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, efficient, and impactful solutions.

  • Advocate for modern analytics architectures (e.g., cloud platforms, data lakes, ELT, and BI).

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and suggest innovations to improve data accessibility and usability.

  • Mentor and provide technical leadership to other team members.

The TOOLS you'll bring with you:

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, BI development, or related field.

  • Strong SQL expertise with experience in data modeling, warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes.

  • Experience with modern cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Databricks, AWS, etc.).

  • Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, DAX, R, or similar).

  • Experience working with BI tools such as Power BI, Grafana, or Tableau.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to align data solutions with business objectives while effectively partnering with geographically distributed (including international) teams

Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:

  • Experience with ERP/MRP/Order Mgmt platforms (Oracle, MS Dynamics, SAP, etc.).

  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.

  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive in embracing challenges, and committed to continuous learning.

  • Ability to travel internationally, up to 10% based on business needs
